St Wilfrid’s is the Catholic Parish Church for Ripon and its surrounding villages. Our vision is to be a welcoming community, where people can grow to know and love Our Lord Jesus Christ, and put his love into practice in the service of others.
Latest Events - Welcome to our parish!

Parish Meeting - Sunday 4th September after the 10 am Mass, in the Community Centre. All are welcome to attend. The main topic will be the formation of a Pastoral Parish Council.


Diocesan Pilgrimage to mark the end of the Year of Mercy in Ripon Cathedral October 8th 11am. 

The parish will be involved in many ways - the Church will be open for prayer and the grounds and the 

Community Centre will be available for the visitors to use.

Restoration Appeal

Our Church is a very special building - it is 160 years old and is a hidden gem of the city.

Grade II* listed with some beautiful art work and important history.

We are proud to be its custodians and are committed to caring for this precious part of Ripon's heritage.

It needs extensive renovation so we need your help.
